What's Not Included
The exclusions for chartering Kian include A.P.A. + VAT. The Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.), is a deposit that covers any costs not included within the charter fee such as, for example, fuel consumption, mooring rates, or the provision of food, drinks and any other supply of products or extra services that the Charterer or his guests may request.
At any point during the charter, the Charterer is free to ask the Captain for a summary of the A.P.A. expenses that have been incurred until then. Upon the charter's conclusion, the Captain must provide a detailed report of the costs covered by the A.P.A. and, if requested, must supply the Charterer with a copy of the relevant invoices or receipts for the purchases.
If the funds allocated to the A.P.A. are depleted before the end of the charter period and are no longer sufficient to cover the Charterer's expenses, the Owner or the Captain can request that the Charterer replenish the A.P.A. accordingly. In the event that there is a positive balance of the A.P.A. funds at the end of the charter, this amount will be returned to the Charterer.

Boat-specific Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT DETAILS:
1) a reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate, shall be paid together with the subscription of the Charter Agreement;
2) the balance of the remaining 50% charter rate shall be paid not less than 30 (thirty) days before the charter starting date agreed.
3) in case the Charter Agreement will be stipulated less than 30 (thirty) days from the charter starting date, the Charterer shall pay 100% of the charter fee. The A.P.A. (if due) shall be paid within the terms foreseen by the contract.
*Earn points: To earn Qantas Points you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members will earn 2 Qantas Points per A$1 spent on Australian boat bookings, day charters, boat charters and transfers on Ahoy Club, Ahoy Days and Floatspace. Members will earn 1 Qantas Point per A$1 equivalent spent on international boat bookings, day charters, boat charters and transfers with Ahoy Club, Ahoy Days and Floatspace. Members will also earn Qantas Points (at the same respective rates) on food and beverage packages added to all bookings. For eligible bookings paid in foreign currency, Qantas Points are calculated based on the total booking price converted to Australian dollars using the exchange rate determined by Ahoy Club at the time of payment. Any Qantas Points displayed during the booking process are estimates only and are calculated using the exchange rate at the date of booking. To earn Qantas Points, a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer details to their booking at time of booking. Members won’t earn points if a booking is cancelled prior to departure. If a booking is amended, points will be awarded based on the final total value of the transaction.
Use points: To use Qantas Points on a booking, members must use a minimum of 4,000 Qantas Points and book the charter via Ahoy Club, Ahoy Days or Floatspace. You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the point of booking. Alternatively, if you are making a booking over the phone after providing the Ahoy booking agent your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname. You will then be prompted to select how many Qantas Points you would like to use by clicking on the Qantas Frequent Flyer card in the Qantas App. A member can choose to use Qantas Points to cover the entire value of a booking product or, choose to use a portion of Qantas Points via Points Plus Pay, where the remaining balance can be paid using an accepted form of payment. Members who want to use Qantas Points to cover some or all of their booking total and want to pay a deposit when booking more than 45 days in advance, need to contact Ahoy Club. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
