• Legacy does not come with an additional deckhand for swimming charters. This may be required depending on the presence of children, the type of charter, special events, and would incur an extra charge.
• The charter does not include personal lifejackets. While lifejackets are provided, guests should bring their own for comfort and fit.
• Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking area. Other areas on the Superyacht are smoke-free.
• While a sound system is available, the charter does not include a DJ. Guests are allowed to bring their own DJ for events.
• Although swimming is allowed, guests must bring their own swimming gear as it is not provided in the charter.

• A towel - Swimming is allowed on Legacy, so you might want to take a dip.
