What adds to the cost of a birthday boat
Guest numbers
Capacity is the biggest driver of price. The fleet runs from intimate boats for a small gathering to event vessels for 200+ guests — the table above shows where each group size starts.
Catering, DJ and decorations
Food, drinks packages, DJs and styling sit on top of the base rate. We work with Sydney caterers, decorators and DJs and coordinate them for you, so you can see the full cost before you book.
BYO policies
BYO policies vary by boat — some welcome your own food and drinks, sometimes with a small fee, while others are fully catered only. Check the listing's inclusions to see what applies.
