• A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is not included in the charter fee for Freedom. This deposit covers any expenses not covered within the charter fee such as fuel consumption, mooring rates, food, drinks, and any other product supplies or extra services requested by the Charterer or his Guests.
• The Charterer is free to request a summary of the A.P.A. usage at any time. The Captain is obliged to provide a report of the expenses incurred with the A.P.A. at the end of the charter. If requested, a copy of the relevant purchase invoices or receipts should be provided.
• If the funds set up by the A.P.A. are depleted before the end of the charter period, the Charterer is required to supplement the A.P.A. accordingly. If there is a positive balance of the A.P.A. at the end of the charter, it will be returned to the Charterer.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

1) a reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate, shall be paid together with the subscription of the Charter Agreement;

2) the balance of the remaining 50% charter rate shall be paid not less than 30 (thirty) days before the charter starting date agreed.

3) in case the Charter Agreement will be stipulated less than 30 (thirty) days from the charter starting date, the Charterer shall pay 100% of the charter fee. The A.P.A. (if due) shall be paid within the terms foreseen by the contract.
